Warehousing and distribution of units: With our 10,000 sq ft warehousing facility we can handle all of your distribution needs. Ship early and we can distribute to your accounts as needed.

Installation of Stand Alone Units: Each unit is carefully unloaded, unpackaged and redirected from our warehouse facility. Installations are all professionally scheduled, delivered, installed, and pulled down to temperature before our work is complete. With only knowledgeable certified refrigeration technicians on any of our installations, we make sure the unit is working properly before we leave the job. From changing out receptacles to match factory plug ends, or repairing a refrigeration leak, it's all handled before we leave. We make sure when we leave your customer is satisfied!

Installation of Walk-in Units: Each walk-in unit is carefully unloaded, unpackaged and redirected from our warehouse facility (or delivered to job site). Installations are all professionally scheduled, delivered, installed, and pulled down to temperature before our work is complete. Each walk-in will have a start and a tentative finish date for the General Contractors. Quality Refrigeration Concepts warranties the craftsmanship of our work for 1 year. All units will be installed per county code. Each walk-in priced per job.

Warranty Service Repairs: Quality Refrigeration Concepts is a North Carolina State Certified Licensed Refrigeration Contractor. Warranty Service Repair rate is $65.00 per hour. Quality Refrigeration has no overtime charge-- our rate is $65.00 per hour 24 hours a day 7 days a week for service outside of warranty repairs.
